Self-Expression

Lines, Points, and Planes can be used to depict different messages and meanings to a viewer. In this project, I used a word as a focal point and turned it into a deeper meaning.

The word anxiety usually has a negative connotation. Using straight and wavy lines, I depicted the word anxiety with darkness and distress.

The word static does not have a lot of movement. Using planes and straight lines, static seems computerized. It is rigid and unpleasant.

FINAL IMAGE

Broken, like anxiety, has a negative connotation. In this piece, I used shapes and lines to create a geometric representation of brokenness.
